September, 2015 - RK&K, Virginia Beach: The RK&K/STV Joint Venture was selected by Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) to take the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) to a Record of Decision (ROD) and 30% preliminary design for the Virginia Beach Transit Extension Study, a 3.4-mile extension.
